These terms cover your use of the muet app and website, provided by muet.

You may use muet for your own personal or business work under the plan you choose. The app requires a compatible Apple silicon Mac running macOS 15 or later. You keep ownership of your recordings, transcripts, and notes; muet retains ownership of its software and branding.
Use the app lawfully. Make sure you have the permissions and participant consent required to record or process a conversation. Do not resell the app, share a license outside its permitted use, or bypass licensing restrictions.
Trial and monthly plan
The advertised trial includes 7 days with no payment card required. The monthly plan is $8 USD per month, billed monthly, and renews until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid billing period.
The checkout shows the final price, applicable taxes, billing terms, and any additional purchase conditions before you pay. These offers apply when downloads and checkout are available.
Buy once, keep your version
The buy-once license is a single payment with no recurring subscription. The early-access offer is $79 USD for the first 100 customers; the listed regular price is $149 USD.
12 months of updates are included from purchase. You can keep using your licensed version after that period. Updates released later are not included unless separately offered. Continued compatibility with future macOS versions is not guaranteed.
Your notes and decisions
Transcripts, speaker labels, and AI summaries can contain mistakes. Check important details before relying on them. Keep backups of information you need; you control the meeting data stored on your Mac.

Purchases and your rights
For billing problems or refund requests, contact muet or the payment provider identified on your receipt. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights, remedies, or cancellation rights that apply by law.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date appears above. Changes do not remove rights already granted with your purchase.
