MEETING NOTES FOR DIGITAL NOMADS

Different place.
Same clear follow-up.

01

Set up before you go.

Download the speech and AI models while you have a connection. Your Mac can then process meeting content locally.

02

Keep your voice clear.

Select muet’s virtual microphone in your calling app to reduce outgoing background noise. Your call still needs a reliable connection.

03

Prepare from anywhere.

Ask about saved meetings and review recaps offline after setup. Keep earlier decisions close even when your workspace changes.

Your meeting library comes with the laptop.

Remote work can mean a different desk every week and a different time zone for every client. The conversation still needs a clear outcome: which version to deliver, who is reviewing it, and when the next check-in happens. muet keeps that context in a library on your Mac.

Transcription, AI recaps, and questions about saved meetings run locally after the models are downloaded. That helps with preparation between calls, including when you are offline. It does not make an online meeting work without internet, convert time zones for you, or remove the need to check a deadline before sending it. Review the recap and take the next step with the original conversation available.

Answers from your meetings. AI on your Mac.

Less background. More you.

Reduce background noise from your microphone in a shared workspace or temporary office.

Hear the difference

A little more clarity.

A few things to know before your next call.

What works offline?

After model setup, muet can process transcripts, create recaps, and answer questions about your local meeting library without an internet connection. Downloads, updates, and online calls still need connectivity.

Can muet fix a weak call connection?

No. Microphone noise reduction improves your outgoing audio; it does not repair network dropouts or remove noise from the other person’s microphone.

Does my library automatically sync between laptops?

This workflow keeps the meeting library on the Mac you use. It does not promise cloud sync between devices. You can copy notes or export Markdown when you need to take them elsewhere.

What do I need to get started?

An Apple silicon Mac running macOS 15 or later, and space for the local models and meeting library. Download the models first; transcription, recaps, and meeting questions then run locally. View pricing or compare muet with Krisp.
